Youth organization not always know how to survive in NGO market, how to attract the attention of young beneficiaries and stakeholders. They have financial problems and do not know how they can improve them. Especially now, during different crisis, it is crucial to stay on the market and know which tools, methods could be useful in capacity building.

Main aims of the project

• Help youth organizations from partner countries to develop their institutions in the field of online tools, finances, and marketing

• Building the specific network between Youth and Youth institutions in the partnership regions

• Spreading the activities offered by youth organizations among young people and motivate them to join it

During the project our participants will achieve:

• Increase the knowledge and skills on using online tools useful for NGOs

• Increase the knowledge and skills on building financial and marketing strategies for NGO and their practical use

• Increase the knowledge and skills on using effective ways of communication with stakeholders and using different ways of promotion adjusted to youth needs

• Increase the knowledge and skills on engagement among youth

Target groups

Youth leaders, youth educators from NGO, heads of youth organizations who want to increase their knowledge and skills.


During the project we will create:

• New, innovative training program Academy of Youth Worker 2 (40 hours) addressed to the youth leaders how to run youth organisation and improve their work with young people.

• A virtual escape room game with case studies to solve. Game will be based on similar topic as training. The aim of the game is to provide practical knowledge in attractive way and remind the knowledge gained on the training. Tasks in the game will be based on real case studies.

• Network of 100 persons from youth organizations, young people and local stakeholders to share the results and new trends in youth-orinted activities

During the project we will organize:

• Pilot training of the AYW 2 program conducted by each partner – 40 hours, 16 participants at each pilot

• 4 multiplier events in each partners’ countries – 35 participants per event. During events we will show, how to conduct AYW 2 training, which methods, tools need to be used. We will present our escape room game.

• Final Conference in Lodz with 70 participants
